What is an escape room

An escape room is a physical adventure game in which players solve a series of puzzles using clues, hints and strategy to complete the objectives at hand. Players are given a set time limit (60 minutes) to unveil the secret plot which is hidden within the rooms. 

All rooms are 60 minutes to escape! 75 minutes for  the Friendsgiving diamond room + Bonus Round.
Yes a reservation is required, book online through our booking system ahead of time as we can not guarantee a room will be available. That being said, we accept same day online bookings (2 hours before game time).  At the top right of this website you will find ‘BOOK’. Click there and follow the instructions.

Yes. However a credit card is needed to reserve a spot before hand. 

$39.95 per guest – Classic Rooms – Escape room,  locked based.
$43.95 per guest – Premium Rooms – Escape room, advanced technology, higher build quality. 
$44.95 per guest – Diamond rooms – Escape room, 40% more puzzles, advanced technology, 75 minutes compared to 60. 
No. All bookings are private for your group only. 
It depends on your mission. Some rooms are all about solving the mystery, while others involve solving the mystery and unlocking the door. But don’t worry… each game is monitored closely and we will let you out anytime you ask.

Probably not. The rooms are quite large. If you have an issue please notify us before you begin your game and we will be on standby.

You can cancel as long as it is 72 hours or more prior to the start of your scheduled booking.  A booking can be cancelled but the deposit is non refundable, the deposit will be placed on file and can be used at a later date. Corporate event deposits are non refundable and transferable only.  all completed corporate event invoices/payments  can be disputed (charges) & reviewed for a period of 4 weeks (30 days from the completion of the event) before ultimately being finalized. Disputes are reviewed but are not guaranteed.  
We strongly recommend you arrive 20 minutes before the start of the game. 
There is plenty of FREE parking in our plaza! Also, there is 2 hour street parking FREE. 
Yes we are located next to the Sunalta CTrain Station.
Yes our location is handicap accessible. call in for wheelchair accessible room options. 
No we do not permit the use of cell phones in any of the rooms. All cell phones and picture taking device will be locked safely in lockers before the start of the game.
There is no age limit but the games are designed for adults. Ages 9 – 13 must have one participating paying adult per 4 children. 
Gift cards are available! They can be purchased at our store front location: 1638 10th Ave SW or online.  

Our facility has washrooms but not in the rooms. For safety reasons, the door you entered the room in, remains unlocked or we will accommodate and let you out of the room immediately.

What’s the difference between Game Play Only and the Full Experience?

Game Play Only:

  • Kids enjoy a thrilling 60-minute escape room adventure.

  • Ideal for families looking for a budget-friendly and high-energy activity.

  • Parents are welcome to hang out in our licensed lounge during the game.

Full Experience:

  • Includes everything in the Game Play option plus food, drinks, reserved party space, and optional add-ons.

  • Best for parents who want a stress-free, all-in-one event — you just show up and we handle the re
  • With Full Experience packages, food and drinks are included and selected from our Kids Catering Guide — including pizza, snack bundles, juice, and more. We’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests with advance notice.

  • Outside food is not permitted, except for desserts such as cakes or cupcakes.

Want to bring your own cake or dessert?

 Absolutely! There is a $25 cake-cutting fee, which covers:

  • Plates, cutlery, and napkins

  • Cake-cutting and after-event cleanup (includes cake, cupcakes, or any dessert)

  • Use of our on-site fridge and freezer for dessert storage

This add-on can be applied to any event type, whether you’re booking Game Play Only or the Full Experience.

Yes! With the Full Experience, a private party space is automatically reserved for your group — perfect for cake, presents, or food service.

Room rental pricing (Grand Hall or Vault):

  • Sunday to Thursday: $150.00

  • Friday & Saturday: $200.00

If you’re booking a Game Play Only package but still want a party space, you can add a room rental, subject to availability.

  • Each escape room accommodates up to 6–8 players, depending on the theme.

  • For larger groups (10 – 16 guests), we have 4 rooms that can host up to 12 people at one time. Also, we recommend booking multiple rooms and running them side-by-side.

  • We’ll help split the kids by age or friend groups to keep the games fair and fun.
  • We have kid-friendly escape rooms designed specifically for ages 8–14 with fun, age-appropriate puzzles and a lighthearted atmosphere.

  • No horror, gore, or adult themes. Our team is trained to offer hints and encouragement to keep the game fun and frustration-free.
  • For groups of kids under 10, we recommend one adult or older teen per room for support.

  • Alternatively, we can provide a dedicated Game Host (add-on option) to guide and monitor the group if you’d prefer a drop-off experience. This is no additional charge for this add on.
Absolutely!
We have a cozy lounge and fully licensed bar area where adults can relax with a cocktail, coffee, or mocktail while the kids are in the game. It’s a mini break for parents too.

The Full Experience is designed to make your child’s birthday fun, easy, and stress-free for parents. Here’s what’s included:

  • Escape Room Game(s) – Age-appropriate adventures guided by our game hosts

  • Reserved Party Space – A private area for food, cake, and gifts (included with package or available as an add-on for some events)

  • Food & Drink Options – Choose from our Kids Catering Guide, including pizza, snacks, juice, and more

  • Setup & Cleanup – We handle everything so you don’t have to

  • Hands-Off Parent Experience – Sit back, relax in our lounge, or enjoy a drink while we keep the kids entertained

 

We also offer a “Snack Pack” bundle that’s great for mid-range budgets – it’s our most popular off-menu item!

  • For decorations, we allow simple table setups, no hanging items to the walls.

Yes, we have free on-site parking and free 2 hour street parking for all guests.

Yes — all players must have a completed waiver before participating in any escape room experience.

  • Waivers can be signed in advance online through the link provided in your confirmation email.

  • Or completed on-site when you arrive — we have tablets available at check-in.

For kids under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver. We recommend sending the link out to parents ahead of time to save time at check-in.

Is exclusive venue rental available to ensure privacy?

Yes. We offer full-facility or specific area rentals to guarantee absolute privacy for your group. Although locker areas are shared, all other event spaces can be exclusively reserved. Reach out to our booking team for details on availability and tailored pricing to suit your privacy requirements.
